The upscale Italian restaurant Fiola will hire security guards after protesters confronted Sen. Ted Cruz and his wife while dining at the restaurant last week. “We are now living in the aftermath of this PR disaster," the owner said in an email to customers. Last Monday, the senator and Heidi Cruz were chased out by about a dozen protesters regarding Ted Cruz's support of embattled Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. In the email sent last weekend, owner and chef Fabio Trabocchi said the restaurant had to temporarily take down social media accounts because of hateful comments, and reservation lines...

The end result of indoctrination in government schools and mass media that teaches "urban youths" that American society is racist, corrupt, unfair, and unworthy of compliance is the crumbling of civil order.  When a substantial group of young males (the segment of society most prone to acting out with violence) think they have no stake in the continuation of existing social and property relations, they are able to impose anarchy in local areas.  When enough people think and feel this way, the forces of order – police, and in extremis the National Guard – can be overwhelmed and powerless to stop...

Two flash mobs — one of them comprising more than 100 juveniles — caused pandemonium Saturday night near Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square, assaulting at least three people and committing a robbery, police said. Two teenagers were arrested by SEPTA police. The melee began around 7 p.m. Saturday on the 1700 block of Walnut Street and spread to nearby streets, said Philadelphia police, who provided few details Sunday.

Neither the vest from the accredited training program nor the certificate are required under the ADA. The ADA says anyone can train their dog, or miniature horse, to perform a task that mitigates or helps them with their disability. Professional training is not required. ADA also specifically prohibits cities, merchants and others from requiring proof that a dog is a service dog. It allows, in fact, only two questions. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Service dog owners may not be asked about the...

In September, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will begin construction on President Trump’s infamous 130-mile wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. At times like these, the symbolism of barriers hits hard. It’s no surprise that on Saturday, attendees at Chicago’s Ruido Fest – a rock en español festival in the city’s Pilsen neighborhood – decided to stage a protest against a Home Depot branded booth that featured a mock wall installation. The activity invited festivalgoers to decorate tiles and glue them onto the wall as artists played sets across the grounds. In addition to the symbolism of the installation, protesters expressed...

In the last three months, there have been at least three robberies on BART involving groups of teenagers. “I think people are genuinely concerned — they are fearful about the stories that have come out about the recent attacks, the assaults, the thefts,” said Debora Allen, who is a member of the BART Board of Directors. April 22: Forty to sixty kids boarded a train at the Coliseum stop and robbed seven passengers, beating up two; June 28: A group of four kids assaulted a passenger and made off with a cell phone at Dublin; and June 30: A woman...

Customers once again filled the Apple store in Palo Alto, but a large 40-foot section of the iconic front glass wall was boarded up after a smash & grab robbery Sunday. A damaged SUV was sitting in the police department’s impound area after being used as a battering ram in the crime. “Witnesses reported seeing up to 20 people running from the scene,” Palo Alto Police Lieutenant Zach Perron told KPIX 5. Photos of the scene were put out on social media, showing the SUV in front of the shattered glass facade. Police say it appeared to be a coordinated...

According to Temple security, a group of over 150 juveniles coordinated a “meet up” on Instagram, amassing on Broad Street near the campus at approximately 8 p.m. Four youths, ranging in ages between 14 and 17, were arrested in connection with wide-ranging attacks on Temple students, others in the crowd, and two Temple police officers that seemed to mimic the “flash mobs” that hit Center City in recent years. In one incident, police say a group of three that included two students were assaulted by a group of about 20 juveniles. The trio were kicked, punched, and knocked to the...

NATICK (CBS) — A group of thieves stole over $13,000 in iPhones from the Apple store in the Natick Mall in a “flash mob” robbery. Natick Police Lt. In the video below, the thieves can be seen cutting the security cords that tethered the iPhones to their displays all at the same time.

Things didn't go quite as planned for a group of anti-Israel activists, who hoped to force the closure of an Israeli-owned shop in honor of "Nakba Day" - the day dedicated to mourning the failure of combined Arab armies to destroy the State of Israel at birth. Several dozen members of the London Palestine Action organization targeted the Sabon cosmetics store on Sunday, mimicking campaigns by other anti-Israel boycotters - belonging to the so-called Boycott Divestment and Sanctions movement (BDS) - to force the closure of businesses owned by Jewish Israelis. Among them was a Pamela Hardyment, a pro-Palestinian campaigner...

Authorities dropped charges Thursday on six high school students involved in a brutal assault of a commuter and police officer on the Washington D.C. metro. D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine said he could not comment on the case and why the charges were abruptly dropped, but he suggested there is not enough hard video evidence to identify the teens charged and prove they were involved in the January assault, reports NBC Washington. The teens were commuting to Woodrow Wilson High School when the fight broke out. Police say a teen punched a 35 year old man on the red line,...

Nine people have been charged with murder after a row between two high school girls over 'a boy and some racy photos' led to the death of a teenager. Demajhay Bell, 18, was stabbed in the neck by a friend during a chaotic street brawl at the house of one of the feuding girls in Hephzibah, South Augusta. The teenager, who stayed inside for most of the fighting, was wounded in the deadly melee which featured a 50-strong mob wielding baseball bats, knives and pipes last Friday. He died in hospital two days later. . . . Friends and relatives...

Right after Christmas on the night of Saturday, December 27th, there was a riot at the mall in St. Matthews, Kentucky. Did you hear about it? Odds are that you did not if you were relying on the usual cable news outlets. It’s not the type of story that the mainstream media likes to cover for reasons which should become obvious shortly. It all began when groups of youths simultaneously began causing disturbances at several stores in the mall. That’s the word the media likes to use… “disturbances.†Of course, what they really mean is looting and vandalism. There were...
