Trouble has followed Sara Catherine Jones since she married into the Biden family almost three decades ago. Not long after her 1995 wedding to Jim Biden, she took a job with one of his brother Joe’s Senate donors, who later accused her of “fraud” and “unjust enrichment,” according to court records reviewed by RealClearInvestigations. In the years since, she and her husband have been accused of reneging on debts and failing to pay their taxes, court and property records show. Like their nephew, first son Hunter Biden, they have reportedly sold the promise of access to their powerful relative to...

It’s business as usual for Senator Robert Menendez, who boasted to a talk-show host that he is still attending top secret briefings — despite being charged with working as a foreign agent for Egypt. The embattled New Jersey Democrat who was indicted on federal corruption charges in September told New Jersey PBS’s Chatbox with David Cruz show “I still have all my intelligence credentials” and that he still attends regular briefings of the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee. “I was not barred from going into an intelligence briefing,” he said when Cruz asked if he had been sidelined after his...

A mob of anti-Israeli protesters stormed into an airport in the North Caucasus republic of Dagestan on Sunday night following calls on social media to block a flight from Tel Aviv from landing at the regional capital's airport. Video shared on social media showed hundreds of people gathered outside Makhachkala International Airport on Sunday evening, with demonstrators brandishing Palestinian flags and shouting anti-Israel chants.

Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., who is now facing an additional charge of acting as a foreign agent in an indictment released Thursday, has a history of opposing Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) reforms, according to Senate records. In 2020, Menendez blocked Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley’s bipartisan-led effort to create stricter penalties regulating influence of foreign entities on the U.S. government. The Foreign Agents Disclosure and Registration Enhancement Act of 2019 would have built upon existing law to boost disclosure to the public of foreign lobbying campaigns. "It seems shortsighted to provide additional enforcement tools before we have figured out what...

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) scoffed at the idea of impeaching President Joe Biden over alleged payments received from foreign nations. Khanna appeared on MSNBC's Morning Joe Saturday to comment on rumblings of an impeachment inquiry against the president. Both Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Chairman of the Oversight Committee Rep. James Comer (R-KY) have previously teased opening one. "What we should be doing in the House is talking about economic costs, child care costs. Instead, the speaker is not focused on the issues that people care about. I only have one question in my town hall last...

U.S. relations with China were steady in December 2013 when then-Vice President Joe Biden stepped off Air Force Two in Beijing with a seemingly unremarkable companion: his son Hunter. Days later, Shanghai authorities approved the formation of an investment boutique, underwritten by Chinese government money, that named Hunter Biden as a director and later cut him an ownership share at a discounted price. Roughly four months afterward, he began earning up to $1 million annually for sitting on a corporate board in Ukraine, a country his father paid special attention to as vice president. Hunter Biden would go on to...

This week, President Joe Biden responded to calls for greater access to the media with a blockbuster interview with . . . the Weather Channel. The interview immediately prompted critics to speculate that the president wanted to continue to talk about the weather — the same claim made after the disclosure of his participation in various dinners with his son’s foreign associates. As the number of these dinners, meetings and outings increase, Joe Biden appears to have covered more meteorological subjects than Al Roker. The problem is that conditions are worsening in Washington. This week, House Oversight Committee Chairman James...

Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop is filled with contracts and agreements between him and foreign business partners that could shine new light on his business dealings, and potentially implicate his father, insiders around the first son told The Post. Hundreds of documents are littered among the tens of thousands of emails contained on the laptop — but the files were not downloaded onto the device, and investigators cannot open most of them. During his father’s vice presidency and after, Hunter Biden and his family made millions of dollars from foreign sources trading on the family name, according to whistleblowers and bank...

A rumored sale of CNN to its onetime CEO could see the network come under foreign influence as one industry insider has warned much of the money could come from the United Arab Emirates. Ivan Schlager of Kirkland & Ellis - an expert on foreign influence regulation - made the assertion on Monday, as the network could face being sold by boss David Zaslav and ousted Jeff Zucker emerging as a frontrunner to snap it up. Just over a year ago, Zucker, who has close business ties Abu Dhabi-based International Media Investments, was forced to resign 15 years into his...

Like many of my acquaintances, I feel alternately despondent and outraged by the unfolding story of the Bidens’ Excellent Bribery Adventure. The despondency comes from the bitter recognition that, notwithstanding the veritable tsunami of commentary that has accompanied the story—a tsunami to which I have contributed myself—we are probably months if not years from getting to the bottom of this fish pond. After all, it’s alleged that Hunter Biden and his enablers set up a complex series of shell companies—at least 20 of them by some counts—that will make following the money a forensic nightmare. Remember, the Big Guy himself,...

Amid news that Chilean criminal gangs have been burglarizing homes in Orange County, officials are concerned about a particular visa program that allows Chilean nationals to come into the United States on 90-day visas without having to provide a criminal background check. O.C. District Attorney Todd Spitzer says the program causes issues in court when someone is arrested and comes before a judge and they are unable to prove a criminal background, if any. If they are released on a lower bail or no bail at all, they usually don’t show up for future hearings.

Oversight Chair James Comer now claims he will soon obtain bank records showing the Biden family accepted upwards of $20 to $30 million from foreign nationals. 'We have more bank records coming in going to exceed $10 million, this week. And I think we will get between $20 and 30 million,' Comer, R-Ky., told Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo. Earlier this week, Sen. Chuck Grassley said the Burisma executive who allegedly paid Joe Biden a bribe has kept 17 audio recordings of phone calls as an 'insurance policy.' According to a 'highly credible' whistleblower, an internal FD-1023 memo created in 2020...

Companies in the United States have announced, so far this year, more than 400,000 layoffs — more than the layoffs announced in all of last year. The job cuts come as Democrats, on behalf of business special interests, demand more foreign competition in the labor market for employers to hire. The employment data, collected by Challenger, Gray & Christmas Inc. and published in Bloomberg, shows that roughly 417,500 layoffs have been announced from January through May by U.S. companies across sectors such as technology, banking, retail, and media, among others.

America First Legal has launched a government-wide investigation into Microsoft’s apparent prioritizing hiring H-1B Visa holders over American workers. The legal organization has fired off Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the Department of Labor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State, and the Department of Justice. According to AFL, “the government and the private sector continue to put the American people last to propel their open borders agenda – accountability is long overdue. America First Legal is determined to expose any government involvement in this anti-American hiring scheme.”

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) suggested Friday that former President Barack Obama knew of the Biden family’s foreign deals with adversaries of the United States. Speaking with Lou Dobbs on the Great America Show, Comer said Obama must have known about the Biden family business. “I believe, Lou, that it’s because he knew what Joe Biden was doing the last year of his vice presidency,” Comer said in reference to payments worth millions the family’s business collected.

Vladimir Putin has deployed nuclear submarines to the Pacific Ocean as part of a surprise set of drills. Footage from the Russian Ministry of Defence purports to show at least one of the submarines leaving a port in Kamchatka before at least half a dozen of the submersibles are shown at sea with the coast in the background. The ministry said that the drills were intended to “test the Pacific Fleet’s readiness to repel aggression”.

AI DEPICTION OF OBAMA BEING SHOWERED WITH FOREIGN CASH. ============================================================= Leonardo DiCaprio testified in federal court last week that fugitive Malaysian fraudster Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low, sought to donate tens of millions of dollars to the Democrats during Barack Obama’s reelection campaign in 2012. By comparison, the total amount spent by the government of Russia in their microscopic Facebook “interference” case of 2016 was just $150,000, though the U.S. government managed to spend in excess of $32 million investigating the matter. China, Of Course. DiCaprio was in Washington, D.C. on Monday April 3rd, as news organizations...

Elbridge “Bridge” Colby is, as Donald Trump might say, straight out of central casting for a member of D.C.’s foreign policy elite. He has degrees from Harvard and Yale, a membership to Washington’s Metropolitan Club and the kind of coiffed hair and clipped accent that you’d expect from an American blue-blood. So pristine is his pedigree — his grandfather was head of the CIA — that a lightly fictionalized version of him appears in the New York Times columnist Ross Douthat’s memoir of his undergraduate years at Harvard, titled Privilege. But Colby, far from being a deep state darling, is...

As we witness the collapse of various mainstream narratives, especially those surrounding the U.S./NATO war with Russia in Ukraine, Americans should begin to reassess their understanding of U.S. national leadership. Most American citizens have no notion of the great disparity between what their government does overseas and the stories they hear from its mouthpieces. As a result, Americans unwittingly support all sorts of foreign operations with little or no understanding of what is actually going on. For years, they have been misled by a non-stop propaganda campaign that is only now beginning to crumble. We are experiencing the death throes of...
