New report finds evidence of widespread voter fraud in the crucial swing stateMore than 1,000 aliens, or residents who are not U.S. citizens, have been free to vote illegally in Virginia. The bombshell disclosure was made in a report released by the Virginia Voters Alliance based on findings from the Public Interest Legal Foundation. The 1,046 Virginia voters may just be the tip of the iceberg, as it’s only the number found in eight Virginia localities, the report reads. The report found that the most illegal votes were cast in 2012, followed by 2008, the year President Obama was elected...

The alleged food stamp fraud amounted to less than $4,000 and the burglary involved a vacant apartment with no threats to human life. But when it came time for Erie County Judge David Foley to set bail at a Lovejoy store owner’s arraignment Tuesday, he looked at the bigger picture. It’s going to take $2 million to get Ahmed Alshami out of jail. In setting the high amount, Foley noted that Alshami, 37, arrested Friday on four nonviolent felony charges, has 10 previous arrests – including two felonies. The defendant also has a history of not showing up for court...

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The LA County District Attorney’s office has filed a felony vandalism charge against an online personality they said filed a fake police report and told authorities he had been beaten and attacked by three men in West Hollywood last June. Calum McSwiggan, who is known for his online posts and videos, has been charged with vandalism for suggesting the men also damaged a Lexus which they said he damaged. The DA said original charges were dismissed Thursday to make way for a newly filed felony case.

Most people across the world do not care about climate change On Tuesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit heard arguments in the litigation over President Barack Obama’s Clean Power Plan (CPP). If implemented, CPP regulations will require states to develop and bring into force plans to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from existing power plants. Arguments against the CPP focussed primarily on its questionable legality. However, the ten judges considering the case should also keep in mind that the rules are pointless. No matter what one believes about the causes of climate change, the...

Thanks to the efforts of Democrats, safeguards against vote fraud are being gutted. John Fund lists a number of ways we are being set up for fraud on NRO. My favorite items in this basket of deplorable practices are: "But federal agencies refuse — in direct violation of federal law — to provide citizenship data to state election officials who attempt to verify citizenship status. Kansas and Arizona have put in place new commonsense proof-of-citizenship requirements for registration to prevent illegal voting, but they have been fought tooth and nail by Obama’s Justice Department."

The FBI and local police are investigating how at least 19 dead Virginians were recently re-registered to vote in this critical swing state. One case came to light after relatives of a deceased man received a note congratulating him for registering, Rockingham County Commonwealth’s Attorney Marsha Garst said Thursday. “His family members were very distraught,” said Garst, who confirmed the existence of the FBI and police investigation but said she could provide few details because the case is ongoing.

The latest Ipsos-Reuters poll has Hillary up 6 points over Donald Trump. For this poll, Ipsos spoke to 1705 Americans, of whom 752 were Democrats. ipsos-poll-fraud That’s 44 percent of the total. Only 29 percent of Americans identify as Democrats. Ipsos spoke to 570 Republicans for the poll. That’s 33 percent of the total. That’s media fraud. Prepare for the landslide. UPDATE: Via Zero Hedge — Using Reuters’ data, Hillary supposedly has a 6-point lead over Trump. However, if we alter the sample data to reflect what Pew says is the real distribution of democrats versus republicans (i.e. 33% vs....

Vaccines Regulators: Doctor concocts vaccines with cat saliva, vodka Published September 29, 2016 Associated Press Illinois regulators on Wednesday suspended the license of a suburban Chicago doctor who allegedly gave patients modified vaccinations containing cat saliva and vodka. The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation ordered the emergency action in the interest of public safety, according to paperwork signed by Acting Director Jessica Baer. After hearing complaints from health care providers that children were getting unapproved oral versions of childhood shots from Dr. Ming Te Lin, investigators visited Lin's Flossmoor practice. They found a cluttered, unsterile office and "a...

Hillary Clinton is not above cheating, lying or stealing to get what she wants. So it shouldn’t be any surprise that she is being accused of cheating during Monday’s 1st Presidential debate. Clinton was accused of cheating by sending hand signals to the moderator Lester Holt. During the debate when Clinton wanted to signal Holt when she wanted the floor, she rubbed her face in a manner similar to a baseball manager. According to True Pundit she has not done this in any other debates during her career supporting the accusation that these were signals. Watch this incredible video before...

Images have emerged following Monday night’s 2016 presidential debate between Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton and GOP nominee Donald Trump that are fueling widespread speculation online that Clinton may have been wired for the event. And some say she may have been wearing a battery pack, an earpiece, a microphone and a wire. Charisma News cited a Reuters image that it said appeared to reveal a flesh-colored earpiece in her left ear.

Te retirement tour of Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz is nearing its emotional conclusion, and the universal praise for the accomplishments of perhaps the most beloved ballplayer ever to call Fenway Park home has been lavished on Big Papi from opposing teams, fans, and a press corps that has long elevated the slugger to folk hero status. You can't argue with Ortiz's legacy in Boston. He was a monster producer in all three of their World Series championships since breaking an 86-year "curse" in 2004, including a number of iconic game-winning hits, and a seemingly inexhaustible supply of...

(KUTV) Researchers at the University of Utah say there's a strong case to impeach Donald Trump, should he be elected as president. Law professor Christopher Peterson said he found ample evidence to charge the Republican candidate with fraud and racketeering, both of which are considered felonies within state and federal law.

Local officials in Colorado acknowledged "very serious" voter fraud after learning of votes cast in multiple elections under the named of recently-deceased residents. A local media outlet uncovered the fraud by comparing voting history databases in the state with federal government death records. "Somebody was able to cast a vote that was not theirs to cast," El Paso County Clerk and Recorder Chuck Broerman told CBS4 while discussing what he called a "very serious" pattern of people mailing in ballots on behalf of the dead. It's not clear how many fraudulent ballots have been submitted in recent years. CBS4 reported...

Shortened title. Full title: Obama Administration Shut Down Whistleblower Program Revealing 1,811 Aliens From Terrorist Countries Granted Citizenship Under the Obama administration, 1,811 aliens from terrorist countries were granted U.S. citizenship instead of being deported—and the Obama administration ended the program that uncovered the extensive fraud. Originally, the Associated Press reported that the aliens’ fingerprints were not in searchable government databases, allowing them to apply for citizenship under different names and birthdays. The scope of the problem is massive: “Fingerprints are missing from federal databases for as many as 315,000 immigrants with final deportation orders or who are fugitive criminals,”...

Are you one of 20 million uninsured Americans who hasn’t signed up for Obamacare? Then you might be getting a note from the IRS this year “suggesting” you enroll. “Getting a letter from the IRS can be a threatening and nerve-racking experience; it seldom is seen as a suggestion and more of a threat,” Galen Institute President Grace-Marie Turner wrote in a Forbes column Wednesday. The IRS is reportedly “reaching out” to Americans who claimed an exemption or chose to pay the tax penalty for not purchasing mandatory health insurance. The ploy is intended to “attract” Obamacare enrollees. “The government...

For the Clintons, the boon from Haiti’s earthquake of January 12, 2010 came while HRC was Secretary of State, and Bill Clinton was the United Nations Special Envoy to Haiti. As soon as massive numbers of Americans began to donate small sums of money for earthquake relief, Bill and Hillary Clinton transformed themselves into the face of Haiti. ... Every time you think that the Clintons can't get any lower, they get lower and then lower still. And then they find a sewer below it to swim in. Do you think the Clintons have gotten as low as it's possible for human beings to get? Grifters gotta grift. And monsters have to do things like this. The CHAI program to help AIDS victims is considered one of the Clinton Foundation’s most important contributions and is probably its best known initiative. The congressional report focused on Clinton’s decade-long relationship with a controversial Indian drug manufacturer called Ranbaxy, which CHAI used...
