CNN legal analyst Lisa Bloom argued that the U.S. should submit to the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court for the mass murder of Iraqis that far exceeded the 9/11 atrocities. Bloom downplayed the 9/11 terror attacks in the face of the Iraq War.
