    Reading some chatter on websites that the cap seems to have slowed the oil spill to a trickle since being reinstalled. To my surprise, the view is very different than before. Previously, the oil rising around the cap was a gusher and you couldn't see the cap unless BP put a fan in place so they could examine the equipment by blowing the oil cloud back.
