The newly-elected Robeson County Sheriff is revealing new details about a missed warning that could have kept an accused murderer behind bars. In an exclusive interview with the ABC11 I-Team, Sheriff Burnis Wilkins confirms at least two members of the sheriff's office knew about DNA evidence linking Michael McClellan to an old rape case more than a year before McClellan allegedly kidnapped and murdered Hania Aguilar. A man captured on surveillance video walking near the area where a North Carolina girl was kidnapped last week could hold the clue that leads authorities to the 13-year-old and her kidnapper. The FBI said investigators need help to identify a person seen walking near the area where a 13-year-old Lumberton girl was abducted on Nov. 5. The FBI released a new missing person poster for Hania Noelia Aguilar on Friday. On the poster, the photos that show Hania wearing red were taken the day before the abduction. Authorities have offered a $20,000 reward for information that leads to finding Hania.
