He called the capture of Saddam Hussein "good news" then immediately reiterated his stance that the war in Iraq was wrong. Of course, without the war, Hussein would still be in power. He criticized President Bush for breaking away from America's historical allies, then said he would use the United Nations as "a way to leverage United States power."
