The family of a Georgia man who died when his heart couldn’t take a three-way sex romp was awarded a hefty $3 million payout by a jury, according to reports. William Martinez’s estate was originally seeking $5 million in a medical malpractice case that claimed a cardiologist failed to warn the 31-year-old to stay away from physical activity. While Gwinnett County jurors sided with the family Tuesday, they agreed to a lesser amount after finding Martinez was 40% liable for his own death, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday. Martinez, a husband and father of two, was engaged in a threesome...

I managed to slip away from business long enough mid-day Friday in Madison to visit the capitol in the daylight, and capture the scene inside at the moment Governor Walker signed the bill eliminating collective bargaining for some classes of Wisconsin public employees. Below is another quickly-edited, four-minute highlight reel. The scene is really rather feeble, as you will see, but nonetheless conveys the infantilism of the modern left. This time I offer some voice-over commentary of my own, but couldn't resist calling in reinforcements from Monty Python on a couple of points.

AMERICANS have condemned the Hey Hey It's Saturday "Jackson Five" skit, with US TV talkshows, news bulletins and talkback radio debating whether it was racist and if Harry Connick Jr was correct to take a stand. As Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard also entered the fray today, defending the Hey Hey's intent, on one of America's top-rating morning TV talkshows, The View, it was labelled "demeaning". "We are in what people like to call post-racial America right now with (Barack) Obama in office," The View co-host, Joy Behar, said on air. "I'm not saying that it (racism) is gone, but...

Kerry: Bush Lets Groups Do 'Dirty Work' RON FOURNIER Associated Press BOSTON - John Kerry fought back Thursday against campaign allegations that he exaggerated his combat record in Vietnam, accusing President Bush of using a Republican front group "to do his dirty work" and challenging Bush to debate their wartime service records. "Well, if he wants to have a debate about our service in Vietnam, here is my answer: Bring it on," said the Democratic presidential candidate, reviving an old war and campaign slogan amid strong urging from party leaders for him to respond to two-week-old GOP assertions. As Kerry...
