Organized demolition crews, mostly made up of Moroccan migrants, are putting German lives at risk with their high-explosive ATM heists ... Organized criminal gangs active in the Netherlands and France, mostly made up of Moroccan migrants, are blowing up ATMs in Germany at a record pace in highly professional robbery operations. In 2022, government statistics indicate that they blew up 500 such machines, with statistically more than one machine being blown up every day. VICTOR, Mont. - ATF officials and the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in locating recently stolen explosives. Investigators say the stolen materials include roughly 285 pounds of high explosives in the form of ANFO (Ammonium nitrate fuel oil), explosive boosters and dynamite. The materials were stolen around March 15 to April 1, from a storage facility operated by Ajax Contracting Inc. west of Victor. “These are dangerous items,” said ATF Agent Ken Bray. “That's why they're stored under very stringent regulations. They're used by trained professionals, and any time these are stolen and out in...

South Korea's defence minister confirmed Monday that traces of high explosive were found on the wreckage of a warship sunk by a mystery blast, indicating it was probably hit by a torpedo. The 1,200-tonne corvette was split in two near the tense Yellow Sea border with North Korea on March 26. Suspicion has fallen on the North. Defence Minister Kim Tae-Young, confirming earlier media reports that had been denied by his ministry, said investigators had found traces of RDX explosive, which is widely used in torpedoes. The discovery means a torpedo was the likeliest cause of the disaster, Kim said...

Troops participating in Operation Shadyville searched 244 houses and netted several suspected insurgent supporters, two IEDs, and 50 AK-47 assault rifles. SAQLAWIYAH, Iraq, July 7, 2005 — Many young men who join the United States Marine Corps during their late teenage years may often fantasize about saving a comrade’s life while fighting a war overseas. Although this 20-year old Bessemer, Ala., native is no longer an adolescent, that dream became reality June 29 when he unearthed an insurgent-made improvised explosive device. “The IED we found was an HE (high explosive) 155mm artillery shell,” explained Cpl. Patrick Jernigan. “I was walking...
