I find Free Republic to be in a class by itself among conservative new aggregators, offering (without ads) a multitude of various articles throughout each day on the articles page in which FR provides up to a 100 word excerpt of what the poster posted. As more and more FReepers (old and new alike) post articles, they really need to pay attention to what they are doing. I know there is a need to excerpt many articles, but remember - you have up to 300 words or no more than 1/2 of the article if it is less than 300 words.
