Several years ago I attended a dinner at a five star restaurant given by a very famous conservative organization - to remain unnamed. One of the movers and shakers of Inside-the-Beltway. One guest entered and was immediately mobbed by the others. This guest was a very famous “Republican” pollster - also to remain unnamed. Curiosity compelled me to approach this great man and snatch whatever pearls of wisdom I could. It is worth noting that this “Republican” pollster who was holding court that evening was one of the most virulent Never Trumpers in DC in 2016. Like a timorous student...

...By 9:37, the New York Post had published an item on the trip based off the TOLONews tweet, and by 9:53 it was running in the ticker “Breaking News” at the top of its home page. By 10:06 the story was updated to add the “strong” White House denial and minutes later the breaking news alert was removed from the homepage. Sometime in the interim, the initial tweet from TOLONews was removed as well.

<p>When CBS announced earlier this year it was producing a television movie on the life of Ronald and Nancy Reagan, warning flags shot up. The part of Mr. Reagan was given to none other than James Brolin, husband of Reagan-loathing Democratic diva Barbra Streisand. The producers, Neil Meron and Craig Zadon, freely acknowledged their liberal views but insisted the biography would be fair.</p>
