Course On African-American Men Offered At Templeby KYW's Karin Phillips For the first time, Temple University is offering a special course that examines the Black man in America. Instructor Ed Coleman says his course, The Black Man, is designed to look beyond all of the grim statistics and media stereotypes and get students to critically examine the roots and characteristics of the modern African American man.
