I've seen the senate races heating up, but not nearly as much on the house seats. I'm mostly using information from DC POLITICAL REPORT and POLITICS1. STATES Alabama DISTRICT 3 - The other Mike Rogers (R) won in 02 with 50.3% over Democrat Joe Turnham(48.2%) in an open seat. So far, it looks as he is facing Democrat Bill Fuller, Ex-State Human Resources Commissioner. I haven't heard much about this race, but the first defense is hardest. Alaska SENATE - Lisa Murkowski(R) vs Ex governor Tony Knowles. This will be a tough race as Knowles is an ex-governor and Murkowski...

Journalists, political pundits and other Hysteric Left activists are desperately trying to spin some cosmic significance out of Sunday's Spanish elections. The "conventional wisdom" is that the Spanish Election results are some sort of significant defeat for President Bush and the War on Terror. As usual the "News Media's" thinking is neither conventional nor wise. What all the various activists miss is the reality of American Exceptionalism. As much as the International Political Left hates, and try's to deny, the reality is the USA operates on a completely different political level then the rest of the world. On Sunday, the...

The reason for my apology was that throughout this primary season we have been hearing about the record turnout of voters participating in Democrat caucuses and primaries. I bought the lie. The truth is that, except for Iowa and New Hampshire, there has not been any sort of record turnout for the Democrats. Even in New Hampshire the vote was far less than what the Republicans had when they last had a contested primary in 2000. The Democrats this year had 219,787 votes in their primary. The GOP in 2000 had 239,523 votes. That 20,000 difference is major in a...

http://newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/3/6/121052.shtml Well isn't this intresting. The "objective news media" supposed 9-11 surviors protesting Bush's ads are actually anti-war stooges financed by John Kerry's wife. Please take a moment and vist the New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, CBS, NBC and ABC etc to email the Omsbudsman, the Publisher, the News Editor and demand to know why they allowed clearly partisan advocates of Kerry's Presidential Campaign were presented on their "News" programs with no reference to their ties to the Kerry camp. We absolutely must demand the "News Media" be held accountable for their free advertising for the Kerry camp.

http://www.georgewbush.com/tvads/ Here is a link to the 1st three Bush Re-election ads. As expected the DNC directed its "Objective News Media" mouthpieces at CNN, NBC, CBS and ABC to generate phoney hysteria about these ads. Compared to the demogagery and lies spread by the Kerry Campaign, Moveon.org and the DNC about Bush for the last 6 months, this is probably the mildest sets of ads that have run so far this political season. Please email this link to every person on you email contact list. We need to get as many people as possible to see these ads. They are...

Conservatives should write in Tom Tancredo in the primary ballot to demonstrate the depth of concern we have with the President. If enough do this, he will get the message.

The general election is 10 months away, but Indiana's race for governor is already heating up. Beginning Thursday, Republican candidate Mitch Daniels will make political history in Indiana when he launches one of the earliest ever campaign commercials. They will air on television stations statewide. The Daniels campaign says it just wants to introduce its candidate as early as possible. But Democrats are questioning his timing. Still, they say Governor Joe Kernan has nothing to worry about. "It's only been a couple of months that Governor Kernan has been in office, and he has done positive things, leading the state...

The ENEMY forged the stolen steel Delighted at the pain we would soon feel A hot branding iron to burn a 9 and 11 In the hearts of all righteous under Heaven The demons smiled and admired their work Then dedicated it with an unholy curse The plans were laid well, the deceptions intact With stooges called "martyrs" they began the attack They boarded the planes with thin, tight-lipped smiles Politely nodding to each small child - In a short time they’d know TERROR too real When their KILLERS captured the pilot’s wheel May the TWIN TOWERS of bright beacon...

Chocola up 15 points in latest poll Long Thompson's staff disputes 'flawed' survey Sat, Nov 2, 2002 By Trevor Wendzonka Truth Staff Even before President Bush's visit Thursday, a new poll shows Republican Chris Chocola had opened a 15-point lead in Indiana's Second Congressional District. The survey of voters was conducted by Brian Vargus of Indiana University's public opinion laboratory -- the same pollster who showed Chocola with a 12-point edge over Democrat Jill Long Thompson in the middle of October. The first poll was commissioned by The Truth and WNDU NewsCenter 16, and Vargus explained he did the follow-up...

Poll shows Carson ahead by 1 percentage point; outcome rests on undecided voters.

With only four days until voters make their choice, the race to represent Indianapolis in Congress is as close as it gets.

A new poll for The Star and WTHR (Channel 13) shows Democratic incumbent U.S. Rep. Julia Carson has only a single-digit lead over Republican challenger Brose McVey.

New survey shows Chocola gaining ground Long Thompson: Bush wouldn't visit if race were decided By JACK COLWELL Tribune Political Writer SOUTH BEND -- A new Tribune/WSBT-TV poll shows Chris Chocola has gained some momentum. But the congressional race remains basically a tossup as President Bush heads here today to try to provide that final push needed for a Chocola victory. Chocola, the Republican nominee in the close, contentious and costly 2nd Congressional District race, said the president's visit will send "a message loud and clear" on his behalf in a district where Bush is popular. Jill Long Thompson, the...

WISH-TV Poll Looks at Key Races Democrat Julia Carson is locked in another tough battle for re-election. But can Republican Brose McVey unseat the incumbent? A new WISH-TV poll tells you where the candidates stand now. The WISH-TV poll shows that challenger McVey must win a majority of undecided voters to pull this one out. The numbers put McVey at 37 percent and Carson with 46 percent of the vote. Libertarian Andy Horning is only a small factor and 12 percent are undecided. McVey has been telling supporters that his internal campaign polls show the race to be a close...

President Bush will attend a Republican rally in Louisville on Friday, an Indiana party official said yesterday.

Bush apparently is planning a return visit to Louisville for Rep. Anne Northup of Kentucky's 3rd District, 4th District Republican candidate Geoff Davis and perhaps Mike Sodrel, the GOP challenger to Rep. Baron Hill of Indiana's 9th District.

News poll shows a leader in the race for second district seat A new poll shows one candidate taking the lead Posted: 10/20/2002 05:57 pm Indiana’s second district congressional race is being closely watched across the nation. Both parties have dedicated a significant amount of resources to this race in the hopes that the winner will sway the balance of power in the House of Representatives. Now, an "Elkhart Truth", NewsCenter 16 poll shows republican Chris Chocola with a statistically significant lead, over democrat Jill Long Thompson. About 400 registered voters took part in the poll. The poll takers only...

A dead heat in 2nd District Long Thompson leads among women; more men back Chocola By JACK COLWELL Tribune Political Writer SOUTH BEND -- A new poll conducted for The Tribune and WSBT-TV shows Democrat Jill Long Thompson with a 1 percentage point lead over Republican Chris Chocola among likely voters in Indiana's 2nd Congressional District. That's a statistical tie. A dead heat. But if only men were voting, Chocola would be heading for Congress. He leads by 8 percentage points with men. And if only women were voting, Long Thompson would be the one to represent the district. She...
