President Obama has blamed Mitt Romney for Obamacare, saying he modeled the ruination of the American medical system after the Massachusetts plan. OK. Fine. But in passing one buck, he accepts two more. What happens in Massachusetts reflects upon President Obama. After all, he saw what was happening in Massachusetts and evidently wanted those results to go nationwide. Mitt can shrug and call the bad stuff unintended consequences.
