MARION — In an unprecedented raid Friday, local law enforcement seized computers, cellphones and reporting materials from the Marion County Record office, the newspaper’s reporters, and the publisher’s home. A federal jury convicted a Lawrence man Thursday for threatening to kill U.S. Rep. Jake LaTurner. Chase Neill faces up to 10 years in federal prison for one felony count of threatening a public official.
