A conference held on April 9 on Christian and conservative issues in Sioux Falls, South Dakota was threatened by a Muslim man carrying multiple firearms. Quebec City Police are outside of a mosque where multiple gunshots were fired. Multiple people are feared wounded, according to CBC's French-language service Radio-Canada. Their condition is not known at this time. A number of ambulances are parked outside of the Islamic cultural centre of Quebec in the Sainte-Foy neighbourhood. Law enforcement said he was found with an active military ID and is an American citizen, born in New Jersey. Previous known addresses include Penuelas, Puerto Rico and Anchorage, Alaska.
