Once the Middle EastÂ’s flourishing democracy, Turkey under Erdogan is lost in a sea of tyranny and political mayhem For all free and democratic societies, freedom of expression and the press are deemed sacred rights and it is considered sacrilege that any governmental authority attempts to control or censor these freedoms. Many in the US and Europe are under the impression that countries such as Cuba or North Korea may have the worst records of human rights violations along with the prosecution of journalists on flimsy accusations. The truth is that one of the worst records of human rights violations...

The MSNBC follies continue. As you probably know; Mika Brzezinski is a Democrat “journalist” who famously believes it’s the media’s job to “control exactly what people think.” Apparently, that’s not working. People are thinking “other things” and Mika is scared. She’s nervous, she’s lost hope, and she’s crumbling under the pressure of it all. Trump’s weekend accusations have sent her over the edge and she’s issued a proclamation.

But can't think of anything to do about her, like, oh, say, fire her for being a dishonest hack. It’s impossible to feel any sympathy for Yahoo here. When they made Katie Couric their “global anchor” on the apparent belief that she was some sort of serious journalist, they either knew what they were getting into or were so ignorant of the real truth that they were investing in their own demise. And Yahoo has enough problems apart from the fact that the face of its news operation is a lying left-wing propagandist masquerading - and not very convincingly -...
