CANNES -- Judge Dredd will dust off his helmet for what promises to be a gritty return to the big screen. The $45 million project is being bankrolled by Reliance Big Pictures and Stuart Ford's international sales banner IM Global and DNA Films, the U.K. production house headed by Andrew Macdonald.
