LA HABRA HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — More than a dozen teens were arrested Wednesday after they allegedly broke into a La Habra Heights home, threw a party and caused more than $1 million in damage, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. The alleged party took place overnight, between Nov. 23 and Nov. 24, officials said. “During this same time frame, several of the party-goers burglarized and vandalized the residence,” Lt. Arthur Scott said.
