A recent Gallup poll found that the number of Americans identifying as LGBTQ has risen sharply, up from 4.5 percent in 2017 to 5.6 percent in 2021, a 24% increase in just four years. Well, knock me over with a feather boa.Several lesbian feminists were troubled by the survey results, as the number of Americans identifying as lesbian remained roughly the same, while the number identifying as bisexual or transgender skyrocketed. They believe that many young people who would have identified as lesbian in days of yore are now coming out as nonbinary or transgender. Egad! The belief is that many...

In a fit of romantic rage, a 20-year-old woman in Louisiana allegedly recruited a squad of teenage boys to murder her ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend. But the plot went off the rails at the last second, according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. Mykia Tyson is said to have driven the four boys she enlisted to the new boyfriend’s house in Lacombe, Louisiana, in early June, but when the proposed hitmen arrived, the teenager meant to shoot the boyfriend bailed on the murder plot. At the last second, 19-year-old Delester Magee intentionally missed the target, firing shots into the side...

The Army has disabled the ability to comment on a series of YouTube videos that critics have labeled “woke” and soft, with military officials saying the Pentagon’s newest recruitment spots generated a massive amount of negative feedback online. The series, dubbed “The Calling,” follows the life and path to the military for enlisted men and women across the country. The videos show service members from a variety of backgrounds and tell the story of how they ended up pursuing a career in the Army. But some critics — including prominent conservative lawmakers such as Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas...

It seems that women in the U.K. who consider themselves “married” to other women are separating in soaring numbers — at rates higher than actual divorces, which is to say among heterosexual couples, who alone can marry. One lesbian activist, Natalie Drew, blames this uptick in lesbian “divorces” on same-sex “marriage” itself. The Daily Mail reports that “divorces” among same-sex couples increased from 428 in 2018 to 822 in 2019, and of the 2019 figure, almost three quarters are lesbian couples. (There were also 107,599 actual divorces that year in the U.K., an increase of 20% on the previous year.)...

The stubborn fact that male and female each have an objective nature will ultimately be the end of contemporary gender theory, and it looks like the lesbians are the canary in that coal mine.“[L]esbian as a category” is vanishing, warns lesbian journalist Katie Herzog over at Andrew Sullivan’s Weekly Dish. She laments that being an out and proud lesbian is no longer cool and notes how women who like women are increasingly “coming out as nonbinary or as men” instead.Herzog noted this just days before “Juno” and “The Umbrella Academy” star Ellen Page announced on December 1 that she is...

When it comes to the public’s perception of female basketball players versus their soccer counterparts, Seattle Storm guard Sue Bird believes she knows why support sways one way over the other. “To be blunt it’s the demographic of who’s playing. Women’s soccer players generally are cute little white girls while WNBA players, we’re all shapes and sizes: a lot of Black, gay, tall women. There’s maybe an intimidation factor and people are quick to judge it and put it down,” Bird told CNN in an interview Sunday.

German bishops’ head: We need to speak about female ordination, ‘transport’ discussion to Rome The German synodal path, where the bishops are discussing these matters, has been under strong criticism for questioning the Church’s teachings on sexuality. May 29, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — Bishop Georg Bätzing, the head of the German Bishops’ Conference, insisted that the rejection of female priests by recent popes is not conclusive and that there needs to be more discussion “because the question is present, in the middle of the Church!” Other projects mentioned by him are Communion for Protestants and a blessing for those who cannot...

Crew members from Ellen DeGeneres’ long-running daytime talk show are distressed and outraged over their treatment from top producers amid the coronavirus pandemic, numerous insiders affiliated with the series told Variety. The core stage crew for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” consisting of more than 30 employees, received no written communication about the status of their working hours, pay, or inquiries about their mental and physical health from producers for over a month, said two sources, both of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity. Higher-ups in production would occasionally answer phone calls but reveal little, added one of the...

Rep. Jerrold Nadler was hoping for redemption yesterday, having earlier been so inept that Nancy Pelosi gave the Adam Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee the opportunity to hold “impeachment inquiry” hearings, even though Nadler’s Judiciary Committee would have the responsibility of drawing up articles of impeachment. But yesterday’s hearing continued excavating the hole that the Democrats’ collective Trump Derangement Syndrome has dug for themselves. Nadler’s first mistake was to start with law professors lecturing us on their hatred .. for Donald Trump. ... they displayed their own contempt, epitomized by Stanford Professor Pamela Karlan’s .. nonsensical but nasty attack on President...

Renault Clio ads are perhaps more famous than the car deserves, ‘Papa and Nicole’ (borrowing its theme from a porn film, or so legend has it) still resonates and then there was ‘Va Va Voom’ of course. As with most in-ad relationships these days they have their ups and downs but get there in the end. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyPl3tNgVO8 Renault has essayed what were then called lesbian...

WHEN IRELAND VOTED overwhelmingly for the marriage equality referendum, we thought that when we have children everything is going to be equal. We were wrong. On Monday, Minister for Health Simon Harris signed regulations for the Children and Family Relationships Act. These will allow both names of some LGBTQ+ couples on their children’s birth certificate from May 2020. He said that it was a really important day and received a lot of good publicity but we are still excluded and unequal in the eyes of the law. This Act covers same-sex couples who use a non-anonymous donor through an Irish...
