The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a man’s lawsuit challenging his placement on the federal government’s “No Fly List” can proceed, finding that the government did not prove the case was moot after removing him from the list. Yonas Fikre, a U.S. citizen, claimed the FBI unlawfully placed him on the list and pressured him to become an informant. While the government argued Fikre’s removal meant the case was moot, the Court rejected this view, allowing the merits of the allegations to be examined in lower courts

The so-called "Epstein list" is out and doesn't disappoint, except when it does. If you thought you'd be looking at a who's who of names on Epstein's "Pedo-at-a-Glance" calendar, you'll likely be disheartened. That's not what this list of "Jane and John Does" is about. Many of the names are mentioned in passing, such as a girl testifying that she went with Epstein to Naomi Campbell's birthday party. Most of the people mentioned aren't accused of committing any crimes. That said, the list is chock-full of wealthy, left-leaning elites who allegedly had sex with young girls, according to one victim's testimony.Some...

In the 1980s, when the calendar turned from April to May, Dot Burghard would take out the envelopes and blue pens and start a process that would last seven months or longer. Burghard, a volunteer at the Office of the Vice President in Houston, spent her summers and falls addressing envelopes for a massive undertaking: George H.W. Bush’s Christmas card list. The operation, which had around 30,000 recipients at its peak, required a start date two seasons before the holidays. And when December rolled around, Burghard was joined by a room of volunteers — all women — turning the office...

Austin's ranking on a list of best places to live in the United States has dropped for the third consecutive year. The capital of Texas ranked No. 40 of 150 cities on U.S. News & World Report's "Best Places to Live in the USA" list for 2023-2024, which was released this week. Austin ranked No. 1 on the list from 2017 to 2019. It dropped out of the top 10 for the first time last year as the city's growth made it more expensive and increasingly prone to violent crime and homelessness.

Jordan Neely, the homeless man strangled to death on the subway last week, was reportedly listed on a city roster of people on the streets who desperately needed help. Referred to colloquially as the “Top 50” list, the internal catalogue held by the city’s Department of Homeless Services details which people are cycling in and out of homeless shelters and mental health treatment centers, a source told The Post Monday. The agency and its non-profit service providers flag cases that need close attention, which helps them keep track of those in dire need of assistance. “There’s a group of folks...

A former West Virginia teacher convicted of molesting a 14-year-old girl also kept a list of the “Top 10” most attractive middle school students and was caught masturbating on school property multiple times, a new lawsuit claims. The civil action contends that school administrators “turned a blind eye” to Ronald Paul Harris’ perverted behavior during his time as a history teacher and basketball coach at Oak Glen Middle School in New Cumberland in the decade before his sexual abuse conviction. The 63-year-old is serving a 10-to-20-year sentence after admitting in September to abusing a high school freshman in 2010 who...

Despite the fact that both the pandemic and uncertainty around moviegoing continue, 2022 has already been a solid year for cinema. At the midway point, one obvious trend from our best-of list is the absence of big-budget tentpoles: The Batman and Downtown Abbey: A New Era weren’t quite well-received enough to warrant inclusion, and the less said about Jurassic World: Dominion, the better. Top Gun: Maverick, however, is more than just a commercial success story, so don’t give up on studio pictures just yet. What instead dominates this list are indie distributors—thoughtful, modest fare with ambitious emotional reach. As far as...

As the Supreme Court overturns Roe v Wade, this will dominate the news cycle. The riots will surely begin tonight and with the response to this ruling, the Left will further cement themselves as the party of insanity. While Americans are struggling to pay for gas and food, the Left and the DNC are focused on sending tens of billions of our tax dollars to arm LITERAL Nazis, and burning cities down because the Supreme Court said killing babies is up to the States… As we approach the midterms, lets do a quick tally on the Left and what they...

Back in December, Twitter censored and suspended a Twitter account that was following the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell and providing detailed coverage. Apparently, liberals working behind closed doors at the tech giant weren’t happy about this activity on the social platform. One person said, “It is also ‘interesting’ that the account tracking the ’s trial got banned when it gained traction. Lovely people indeed.” Billionaire Elon Musk chimed in and called for the list of Epstein clients to be released. It’s widely speculated that influential people are working to keep Epstein’s client list hidden who allegedly had sexual relations with...
