    The Montgomery Explosives Ordnance Disposal and base security officials at Maxwell Air Force Base are responding to a report of a suspicious package. The package, found during a routine inspection, "gave a positive indication for explosives", according to officials. Officials say the package, discovered around 10 a.m. in the base post office, is about the size of a box of blank checks.
