NASHVILLE, Tenn. Nashville police are restricting the use of tasers in the aftermath of the death of a young man who died after being shocked with them 19 times. Police Chief Ronal Serpas said today that effective immediately, tasers will be used by police supervisors only. Also, beginning tomorrow, the supervisors will receive training on how to use them.
