NORTH DAKOTA -- A former North Idaho man who battled the Environmental Protection Agency has been arrested and charged with sex trafficking in North Dakota. Michael Sackett, 47, made his first court appearance in federal court Tuesday. Sackett faces charges for attempting to entice an underage girl across state lines to engage in a commercial sex act.
