At least three different New Jersey universities are investigating a now-viral video in which students are heard repeating a racial slur. According to BuzzFeed News, the probes were launched in recent days after Monmouth sophomore Scharina Bencosme shared the video on social media. The footage, which was captured on Snapchat, shows a group of young men and women in a circle, taking turns using the n-word.

While most Americans say that both traditional and online media are reporting “fake news,” they’re more than twice as likely to attribute the falsehoods to deliberate deception rather than to incompetence, a new poll by Monmouth University reveals. Ohio Gov. John Kasich leads GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump by 5 points in Mr. Kasich’s home state, according to a poll released on the eve of the March 15 primary there. Bernie Sanders now leads Hillary Clinton by 14 points in New Hampshire, according to the latest Monmouth University Poll of likely New Hampshire voters who are likely to vote in the first-in-the-nation primary in February. Fifty-three percent of these voters choose Sanders, compared to 39 percent for Clinton. And the new poll shows that Clinton has also lost her edge over Sanders among registered Democrats, women and older voters. Sanders has now surpassed her with these voters, while holding onto his lead among registered independents, men and younger voters.
