Sweden is in full surrender to sharia, dying for its apathy and accommodation to the horrors of Islam. According to authorities, a 34-year-old Somali Islamist, who violently raped a dying Swedish woman and continued to rape her dead body, will not be deported. On September 27th, 2013 the man in question, along with another man, violated a Swedish woman in a garage in Stockholm. The woman slipped into an unconscious state during the attack, but was not dead at the beginning of the attack. She was actively dying, no doubt due to the extreme trauma she was under. However, she...

Reza Aslan, author of the new book, “Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth” has been interviewed on a host of media outlets in the last week. Riding a publicity wave, the book has surged to #2 on Amazon's list. Media reports have introduced Aslan as a “religion scholar” but have failed to mention that he is a devout Muslim. His book is not a historian’s report on Jesus. It is an educated Muslim’s opinion about Jesus -- yet the book is being peddled as objective history on national TV and radio. Aslan is not a trained historian.

Following are excerpts from an interview with Egyptian cleric Sa'd Arafat, which aired on Al-Rahma TV on February 4, 2010: Interviewer: Would you believe that the European women in our times yearns for a husband who would be like a guardian to her. I would like to provide the viewers with some statistics. Ninety percent of British women do not want to marry a weak man, who sits down and cries the moment there is a problem. They say: No, such a man looks more like a woman. We want a manly man. [...] Wife beating is a serious accusation...

Counter-terrorism police are investigating after three Muslim inmates assaulted two prison officers and held one of them hostage at an east Yorkshire prison. The attack took place at Full Sutton prison on Sunday, amid heightened tensions after the murder of the British soldier Lee Rigby, who was stabbed to death in the street in Woolwich, south-east London, last Wednesday. Neither the police nor the Ministry of Justice would comment on the motive for the attack. None of the inmates involved were serving time for terrorism-related offences. Two of them are aged 25 and the other is 26. Neither of the...

Where did the hatred that led to the murder of a soldier in Woolwich come from? Radical hate preacher Anjem Choudary knew one of the assailants and says he is proud of having "a big influence" on his life. The attack demonstrates how difficult it is to prevent Islamist violence in Britain. Anjem Choudary grabs a can of Red Bull before he talks about the man with the blood-soaked hands and a meat cleaver -- a man who is an acquaintance of his. Choudary doesn't call what happened in London last week murder, but rather "the operation on Wednesday." Wearing...

A slain Canadian jihadi gave Russian counter-terrorism agents the tip that put alleged Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev on their radar two years ago, Bay State U.S. Rep. William R. Keating confirmed yesterday — raising questions about whether Tsarnaev’s direct link to the known militant was ever passed on to the FBI or local authorities. Keating told the Herald yesterday his staff in Russia has learned William Plotnikov, while under interrogation in the militant hotbed of Dagestan, named Tsarnaev as a fellow extremist. “That’s when the Russian government started looking at Tamerlan and he showed up on a jihadist website,”...

The mother of accused Boston Marathon bombers has continued to defend her two sons from her home in Dagestan, Russia, but if she attempts to return to the United States to bury her older son, or care for the boy that remains hospitalized, she could face arrest on an outstanding warrant for shoplifting. The clerk of the Natick District Court confirmed to ABC News that Zubeidat Tsarnaev, failed to appear at a court hearing on October 25, 2012 to resolve charges that she stole $1,600 worth of garments from a nearby Lord & Taylor department store. As everyone followed the Boston manhunt for the Tsarnaev brothers, thoughts turned to Tolstoy’s final novel, ‘Hadji Murad,’ about Chechen rebels fighting Russian imperialism. Benjamin Lytal checks in on the master’s tale of anti-heroism and betrayal. On Friday, while CNN was making constant reference to the Tsarnaev brothers' attempt “to go out in a blaze of glory,” a micro-meme lit up social media: didn’t Leo Tolstoy have a novel about Chechnyan rebels, called Hadji Murad? He does: it was his last, a thin book that everyone should read. While it offers few overt parallels to a case of 21st-century terrorism,...

“We have to confront is violent extremism in all of its forms.… America is not — and never will be — at war with Islam. We will, however, relentlessly confront violent extremists who pose a grave threat to our security — because we reject the same thing that people of all faiths reject: the killing of innocent men, women, and children. And it is my first duty as president to protect the American people.” –President Barack Obama, Cairo, June 2009 “The United States is now experiencing the beginning of its end, and is heading towards its demise….Resistance is the only...

Extreme Anti-Islam Ads Are Now Running On San Francisco's Buses Alex DaviesMar. 13, 2013, 5:43 PMOlga Timofeyeva Anti-Islam ads appeared on 10 public buses in San Francisco on Monday, showing "inflammatory quotes by Islamic fundamentalists" accompanied by "an anonymous terrorist," according to Transportation Nation. The ads are paid for by the American Freedom Defense Initiative, whose executive director, Pamela Geller, told the New York Observer in December, "I refuse to abridge my free speech so as to appease savages." The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (better known as Muni) says it cannot reject the ads, based on a September court...

When your dissolute political establishment sinks to the point of being fit for lectures from Chinese Communists on spending restraint, and from erstwhile Soviet revanchists on foreign-affairs modesty, you are at rock bottom. Welcome to Washington. Remember two summers ago, the depths of the last Beltway debacle on out-of-control borrowing that charted the course for today’s latest Beltway debacle on spending and taxes. It was then that China’s rulers blasted Uncle Santa for our “debt addiction,” our failure to observe “the commonsense principle” that a nation, like a family, must “live within its means.” At the time, U.S. sovereign debt...

Massive inbreeding within the Muslim culture during the last 1.400 years may have done catastrophic damage to their gene pool. The consequences of intermarriage between first cousins often have serious impact on the offspring's intelligence, sanity, health and on their surroundings The most famous example of inbreeding is in ancient Egypt, where several Pharaonic dynasties collapsed after a couple of hundred years. In order to keep wealth and power within the family, the Pharaohs often married their own sister or half-sister and after a handful of generations the offspring were mentally and physically unfit to rule. Another historical example is...

Mumbai was on red alert after weekend protests left two dead and dozens injured, as fears grow that simmering violence in India’s northeast could spill over into major cities in the build-up to India’s independence day this week. Crowds gathered on Saturday to protest about violence against Muslims in Assam, a state in the country’s remote northeast, that has left nearly 80 people dead and 400,000 displaced since early July.

The most common requests we receive at Shariah Finance Watch are questions as to whether banks or brokerage houses “are Shariah-compliant?” As a result of these numerous inquiries, for the past several weeks, we have carefully compiled a list of financial institutions active in the USA that have some form of tie to Shariah Compliant Finance. In some cases, the entire institution is Shariah-compliant. In other cases, the overall institution is not Shariah-compliant but it has a division or subsidiary that is, or it offers a product that is Shariah-compliant. In still more cases, some of the entities listed below...
