A 16-year-old boy has been arrested over the murder of a woman in a Burka and a young father. The unnamed teenager was apprehended on the Salary Brook Trail in Colchester – the same trail where Saudi student Nahid Almanea was stabbed to death last June – at about 11am on Tuesday on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
