Nate Rancloes was charged with a violation level offense of taking a protected bird during a closed season. A 4-year-old Manchester boy is being called a hero after his grandmother stopped breathing on Tuesday and he called 911. New Hampshire authorities are investigating a case of criminal mischief at the state library, where a granite block noting President Trump’s 2016 primary win was destroyed early Friday. According to a statement from New Hampshire State Police, a trooper responded at 7:45 a.m. to a report of the vandalism at the library, located near the State House in Concord.
