The trial in Sweden of Hamid Noury, an agent of the Iranian regime, ended on May 5th. The prosecutor told the court that there was plenty of evidence to show that Hamid Noury committed the crimes he had been charged with and she asked for him to be sentenced to life imprisonment. The White House announced Friday that Susan E. “Susie” Morrison will serve as the next White House Executive Pastry Chef. Morrison is the seventh person and first woman to serve in the role and begins “just in time to spearhead the always highly anticipated Holiday Gingerbread House,” the White House said. Police in Florida said they have arrested a man accused of stealing a $1.29 Iced Honey Bun from a store by stuffing it down his pants. Palm Bay police said Brandon Phillips, 18, stuffed the small snack down his sweatpants at a 7-Eleven store Dec. 28 and fled on a bicycle when confronted by a store manager, WKMG-TV, Orlando, reported Friday. A Dallas cab driver is in big trouble for getting caught on tape sprinkling dried feces on pastries. 49-year-old Behrouz Nahidmobarekeh is on trial for allegedly throwing fecal matter on pastries at a Fiesta grocery store.
