Protesters plan a big rally Friday at President Barack Obama's town hall meeting in Belgrade. The President is scheduled to focus on a provision that would prevent insurance companies from dropping or limiting insurance coverage for those who become seriously ill. A national group called Patients First is running a campaign against Congressional efforts at healthcare reform, and expects as many as 500 people at its rally outside of the Belgrade airport.
