Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Monday tapped an Oakland high school teacher and government ethics advocate for the state teachers' retirement board. Peter Reinke, a third-generation teacher, will join the 12-member board of the influential California State Teachers' Retirement System, filling the post vacated by controversial Schwarzenegger adviser David Crane.
