Retired Army Gen. David Petraeus, who is vying for the top diplomatic post in the next administration, said Sunday he did not cast a ballot in last month's presidential election. "I don't vote, so that's an easy answer," Petraeus told ABC News when asked if he backed President-elect Trump in his campaign against defeated Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton.
