While the jury found two of the defendants, Jason Patrick and Darryl Thorn guilty of a "conspiracy" charge, the other two defendants, Jake Ryan and Duane Ehmer were acquitted. But Ryan and Ehmer were found guilty of depredation of government property for using an excavator at the refuge.
