<p>Earlier this past week you may have heard on Glenn Beck’s radio show Michelle Bachman recanted a story that last Sunday (April 22nd) she was in Afghanistan and stood over a young man who had just lost his left leg in an IED attack.</p>

Found out tonight that Mom is going into for a pacemaker implant tomorrow. She was recovering from having her knees rebuilt with upgrades for the replacements that were put in 12 years ago when the heart monitor picked up irregularities. She's 81 and sweet as can be. Please say a prayer that all goes well and she has a quick recovery.

Her 14 yr old grandson, Jackson, was hit by a car this afternoon. He is on life support. They will be taking him off life support soon and he will not make it, as his injuries are to severe. Last month I asked that you lift Joseph up in prayer. Tonight I am asking again. Last month his 27 year old nephew passed away, leaving behind three small children. Joseph took this very very hard. Recently he has begun reacquainting himself with some people who were not the best people for him to be around. While his disabilites make him unable to hold a job long-term, my request is more for the healing of his spirit than his body. I come before you again with a prayer request for Jackie, a 16 year old girl at church who has been diagnosed with juvenile arthritis. She is in a great deal of pain as she struggles with this. ...he enters the hospital today for surgery tomorrow morning to remove a brain tumor. It was diagnosed a week ago, and while he's been able to be at home he is now suffering severe headaches and vertigo. Eric just turned 37, and has a beautiful wife and daughter. Please pray for them, for his medical team, for a successful surgery, and that the tumor is not malignant or genetic in nature. I have a prayer request for Pat, her husband Greg and their families. Pat has recently been diagnosed with cancer that has spread throughout her body. Her doctors tell her that nothing can be done. Please pray for Jackie (no one on FR)a widow in her 70's. She is currently in the hospital and doctors are unable to determine the source of her illness(es). They don't know if this is in anyway related so her open heart surgery from earlier this year. Pray for her family as well. In addition to Jackie's issues, her daughter in law had a brain tumor removed in the last 6 weeks. Two of her other children do not live near.

Mary just called and asked for prayers for her oldest son's (Garrett) girlfriend, Elizabeth. She is only 22 yrs old and is on life support with pneumonia. She is not doing well and the doctors do not expect her to make it through the night. Please lift all concerned in your prayers.

Please pray for Debbie and Maria. Both of these women have breast cancer. Debbie lives in the UK and is subject to nationalized heath care. I would like to thank each of your for your prayers and kind expressions to my (10-08-09) previous post. I need your prayers more than ever now. The MRI results were not very good. Multiple tumors. A slight chance they are non-malignant, if they are malignant the prognosis is not too bright. But with God all things are possible. Please add Greg, his wife, family and doctors to your prayer lists. Greg has an abdomnal aortic aneurism. Unfortunately, it is not in a position to use a stent, so they will have to open the aorta and then sew in a "replacement piece". Surgery is scheduled for Sept.10th, our anniversary, so we look on that as a good omen. All prayers are gratefully accepted. I ask you to pray for a young woman named Christa. She's 23-24 recently moved to rural Lousiana for a job. Since her move she has developed severe headaches and can feel increasing pressure in her head. This has caused both nose bleeds and weight loss because of the severity of the headaches.
