Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is being accused of violating the U.S. Constitution and Florida law by former Judge and Fox News Contributor Andrew Napolitano. Judge Napolitano made the accusation against Gov. To the Editor:“Mask required” is not a law. A store is a place of “public accommodation.” They basically have rules that really are suggestions. The time could come when we just want food delivered. As we have heard there is shedding happening with people who have been vaccinated causing many harmful results including the ones who have declined. We live in a contaminated world. New Hampshire business owners could soon have the legal right to decide who they serve. Lawmakers are debating a bill that would let a business refuse service to any couple, for any reason. As a business owner, Tim Kierstead believes in the right to run his restaurant the way he sees fit. “I think each business has the right to do as they choose,” he told WBZ-TV.
