A rowdy mob at the Randall’s Island migrant shelter was busted early Monday morning after an alleged gang attack on a man at the makeshift Manhattan facility, police said. Five men, believed to be migrants housed at the massive tent city, were charged with assault after jumping the 24-year-old victim while he was eating on his bunk around 1:45 a.m., cops said.
