The City of Richland, WA, has de-facto admitted to knowing and willful violations of the U.S. Constitution, the Washington State Constitution and the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) in the matter of an illegal ordinance and sign, referring thereto, claiming authority of the City to completely ban firearms possession in a Public place, the Howard Amon Park in Richland, WA. I would recommend that FReepers from each state post a "Castle Doctrine - Yourownstate" thread so that their fellow FReepers and lurkers know what their status is.
