This decision is antithetical to everything this country stands and stood for. Cities, states, counties, and the Federal Government can already, with impunity, seize private homes and businesses for the 'public use'. Yesterday the liberals on the Supreme Court took tyranny to the next level. Now, our government officials can seize private property and give it to other private citizens!
