The federal code is remarkably clear: A person who “pickets or parades” near a judge’s home “with the intent of influencing any judge...in the discharge of his duties...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.” (18 U.S.C. § 1507.) Simply put, if you appear outside a judge’s home attempting to change a case’s outcome, you’re a criminal. The radical pro-abortion group, Jane’s Revenge, is planning more acts of domestic terrorism when the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on Roe v. Wade is revealed, dubbed a “Night of Rage: An Autonomous Call to Action Against Patriarchal Supremacy.” The group posted its plans on the Anarchists Library website at the end of May in expectation of the ruling, expected sometime in June.

Jane’s Revenge, the group responsible for firebombing dozens of pro-life pregnancy centers throughout the country, has now threatened acts of domestic terrorism. In an open letter issued to pro-life centers across the country, Jane’s Revenge took ownership for acts of violence and vandalism at pregnancy centers throughout the country and promised to escalate their tactics if pro-lifers continue operations as usual. And we will make it as hard as possible for your campaign of oppression to continue....

A left-wing group is hosting a "shut down SCOTUS" protest on June 13, with plans to "blockade" the streets surrounding the Supreme Court in light of a potential decision that could overturn Roe v. Wade being released. The group, ShutDownDC, announced the protest on its website and states that it will begin at 7 a.m. on June 13 at Stanton Park in Washington, D.C. As part of the "shut down SCOTUS" protest, the group will "blockade" the streets around the Supreme court, according to the website.

Pro-choice group Ruth Sent Us hinted at targeting protests at Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett after the attempted attack on Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Ruth Sent Us posted a call for demonstrations at Barrett's home and church in response to speculation that she will concur with a previously leaked draft court opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade. "If you’re in the DC metro area, join us. Our protests at Barrett’s home moved the needle to this coverage," the group said on Twitter. Ruth Sent Us specifically noted the Barrett family's daily schedule and the school her children attend.
