The issue of Roe vs. Wade vis-à-vis the Samuel Alito confirmation begs a telling question which I thought worthy of a vanity posting today. The question is simply this "If so many of our leaders specifically stipulate Roe vs. Wade as the litmus test for suitability to the Supreme Court, then doesn't that indicate that this specific law is, for them, the most important law of the land?"
