MONROE -- A Louisiana roofer faces misdemeanor charges after repossessing a roof because he hadn't been paid. Authorities arrested 66-year-old Andrew Jackson Higdon III, of West Monroe, Tuesday on charges of simple criminal damage to property and criminal trespass.
