The most striking proof that the Arab anti-Israel cause is a common meeting ground for both Nazis and Communists --and that the Arabs welcomed supporters of both ilks-- lies in the friendship of Carlos, the notorious master terrorist who served the PLO, with Fran*ois Genoud, an old Nazi, one of the leading Nazis in pre-War Switzerland, later a financier who provided funds for Habash's faction of the PLO. "Carlos" (his nom de guerre) was what is called a "red diaper baby." His fabulously rich father, a Venezuelan lawyer and owner of estates, gave "Carlos" the name Ilich, Lenin's patronymic, as...

Rex Ryan's ill conceived whim deprived Tebow & Fans of an important year in his pro career. Rex may well be job hunting next season but he should trade Tebow to a team who will START him and give fans what they want. This is a business and what Ryan has done BAD business... (I feel embarrassed talking about football while western civilization crumbles. All I can say is football is my -only- diversion and sometimes I need an escape.)

A Florida family endured three days of torture and fear as they were held hostage by a group of criminals demanding thousands of dollars in cash. Today the father testified against one of his abductors, telling how they terrorized the family and played Russian roulette with their five-year-old son. The scarring details came out as Victor Manuel Sanchez, the first of the four assailants, is on trial for numerous felony charges including attempted murder, home-invasion robbery, and kidnapping. Sanchez and his three partners were arrested after they had held the Morais family hostage in their Winter Garden, Florida home for...

Two American brothers of a Mexican casino magnate who fled drug and fraud charges in the United States and has been seeking a pardon enabling him to return have emerged as major fund-raisers and donors for President Obama’s re-election campaign. The casino owner, Juan Jose Rojas Cardona, known as Pepe, jumped bail in Iowa in 1994 and disappeared, and has since been linked to violence and corruption in Mexico. A State Department cable in 2009 said he was suspected of orchestrating the assassination of a business rival and making illegal campaign donations to Mexican officials. When The New York Times...

Kay Bailey Hutchison, said Friday he is dropping out of the Texas race because of "pressing personal challenges" and a lack of funds. Dianne Feinstein told Politico that her campaign was "wiped out" by Democratic political operative Kinde Durkee, whom the FBI arrested last week. DiFi explained that Durkee worked on her 1992, 1994 and 2006 campaign. And: "I trusted her implicitly." Worse: Feinstein said she and her campaign staff have been unable to access all their bank records at this point because Durkee alone controlled access to the account, which has made it difficult for them to assess how much money is gone. Two other similarly dissatisfied clients are California Democratic Reps. Susan Davis, who called Durkee "the Bernie Madoff of campaign...

Allegations of fraud against a veteran California campaign treasurer have sent shock waves through the state’s Democratic congressional delegation, as lawmakers who used Kinde Durkee to keep track of their finances are now scrambling to find out whether their money has disappeared. While Durkee has not been formally charged at this point, she is in jail in California and has been accused in an FBI criminal complaint of trying to defraud a state representative out of $677,000. On top of that, California Rep. Loretta Sanchez’s office tells POLITICO that her campaign account, managed by Durkee, has been virtually emptied out.

The most recent move in the broadcast career of former Channel 7 and CNN anchorman Rick Sanchez looks like an open field zig-zag: radio color analyst on Florida International’s 12 college football games this season. It looks that way if you didn’t know that Sanchez lettered three years at Hialeah High and, according to him, received a partial scholarship to play at Moorehead State. Or, if you didn’t know that after his firing from CNN, he spent last fall hopping around to FIU road games from his Atlanta home with his FIU student son, Ricky. “I played college football. I...

Republican Lt. Gov. John Sanchez announced Tuesday he’s running for a U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Democrat Jeff Bingaman, a decision that sets up a potentially bruising primary contest for the GOP nomination next year. Sanchez, 48, announced his candidacy in a video and calls to supporters. He also launched a statewide television advertising campaign that features the biographical video, which portrays Sanchez as an example of the American dream — someone from humble beginnings who became successful through hard work. He runs a roofing company in Albuquerque. “It’s all about jobs, the economy and the fact that the...

Ah, it's been too long since we've had some good ol'-fashioned Rick Sanchez-brand inanity. On a hunch -- do we know our man or what? -- we checked the revision history of the Wikipedia page for Sanchez, the former WSVN-turned-CNN anchor who is currently unemployed after calling Jon Stewart a "bigot" and implying that Jews control the media. So this past February 7, a Wikipedia user named Rsanchez1381 changed the description of Sanchez's 1990 DUI accident, in which he struck a pedestrian outside Joe Robbie Stadium. The victim was paralyzed and died five years later. Sanchez's BAC was .15, above...

It looks like the left has found someone to run for the senate in Texas. Maybe they think that a Hispanic can win in Texas because of his ethnic heritage. That would be the only way he could get elected since those who served under him in Iraq did not value his style of leadership. As part of my doctoral dissertation, I surveyed several hundred field grade officers who served under LTG Ricardo Sanchez Here are some of the results of my study: The Army Leadership doctrine is compiled in FM 6-22, published in 2006. The primary leadership style...

Loretta Sanchez would need to multiply her maturity quotient to qualify as juvenile . . During an interview on MSNBC this morning on the subject of the budget and possible government shutdown, the Dem congresswoman from California tried to drown out her Republican colleague from New York, Michael Grimm, by chanting "broke because of Bush."
