The number one question not answered by the Nunes memo is whether the FBI and DOJ informed the court that the requested warrant was part of a broader investigation of the Trump campaign. If I were a FISA judge, I would certainly want to know if the reason the FBI wanted the warrant was to spy on the opposition party's Presidential campaign.
