A historic Catholic church in West Virginia burned to the ground this weekend, and police are now investigating the incident as arson. St. Colman Catholic Church was already a smoldering ruin when firefighters from the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department arrived to the scene Sunday morning. The church was built in 1878 and was declared an official historical site in 1984. Authorities have not released information about potential suspects. Police encouraged anyone with information about the arson to contact Trooper D. Daniels at (304) 256-6700, the WV State Fire Marshal’s Arson Hotline at 1 (800) 233-3473 or Crime Stoppers of Raleigh...

As dangerously brain-washed children circle her home, it’s reasonable to assume that Merrick Garland’s Justice Department will do absolutely nothing. The federal code is remarkably clear: A person who “pickets or parades” near a judge’s home “with the intent of influencing any judge...in the discharge of his duties...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.” (18 U.S.C. § 1507.) Simply put, if you appear outside a judge’s home attempting to change a case’s outcome, you’re a criminal. And yet, who thinks that Merrick Garland’s DOJ will act on the fact that protestors gathered...

The radical pro-abortion group, Jane’s Revenge, is planning more acts of domestic terrorism when the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on Roe v. Wade is revealed, dubbed a “Night of Rage: An Autonomous Call to Action Against Patriarchal Supremacy.” The group posted its plans on the Anarchists Library website at the end of May in expectation of the ruling, expected sometime in June.

Jane’s Revenge, the group responsible for firebombing dozens of pro-life pregnancy centers throughout the country, has now threatened acts of domestic terrorism. In an open letter issued to pro-life centers across the country, Jane’s Revenge took ownership for acts of violence and vandalism at pregnancy centers throughout the country and promised to escalate their tactics if pro-lifers continue operations as usual. The group declared: Your 30 days expired yesterday. We offered an honorable way out. You could’ve walked away. Now the leash is off. And we will make it as hard as possible for your campaign of oppression to continue....

Now they are planning to descend on DC and disrupt the United States Supreme Court by creating a blockade that stops anyone from getting to their job in the building. Or something. They’ll apparently be joined by the radical climate change group Extinction Rebellion. Fox News reports: "A left-wing group is hosting a “shut down SCOTUS” protest on June 13, with plans to “blockade” the streets surrounding the Supreme Court in light of a potential decision that could overturn Roe v. Wade being released. The group, ShutDownDC, announced the protest on its website and states that it will begin at...

As we eagerly await the decision Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the Supreme Court has updated its calendar to set two new decision days — on Monday and Wednesday of next week. While the Supreme Court typically waits until the very last day it’s in session to release its biggest decisions, there had been some speculation that the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs might spur the Court to release its decision sooner rather than later. So far, however, Chief Justice John Roberts has sought to convey a business-as-usual approach, and with about 30 other cases...

In the fall of 2018, protesters opposed to Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination disrupted the hearings and chased one senator into an elevator and another out of a restaurant. Some “protesters broke through Capitol Police barricades and rushed up the steps to the Capitol Rotunda.” Other protesters “pushed past a police line, storming up steps to pound on the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court.” All of this led to hundreds of arrests, which predictably were treated with lenience on the theory that political protesters breaching the Capitol was no big deal. In March 2020, standing on the steps of the Supreme...

A spokesperson from the organization Ruth Sent Us said American law is “designed to protect corrupt officials and their property.”
