Bail was set at $1 million Friday for a man in a wheelchair who has been charged in the fatal shooting of another man inside a gym at a high-rise apartment building on the Near West Side. Reggie Daniel, 48, faces first-degree murder charges in the killing of Darrin Joss, 45, while he worked out on an elliptical machine about 7:05 p.m. Wednesday in the eighth-floor gym of the high-rise in the 500 block of West Kinzie Street.
