Rachel Pendray, a sophomore pre-nursing major from Houston, was shot to death at the Brook Place Apartments in Huntsville at 11:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Huntsville police. The 20 year old was killed by Jake Taylor, 24, a Houston resident who police say Pendray had known since high school. "I'm sure if she was frightened of him, she would have called us," Sgt.
