The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed challenges brought by voters seeking to overturn President George W. Bush's victory in the state and the re-election of Chief Justice Thomas Moyer.The 37 voters asked to drop both cases Tuesday. The high court granted the resquests without comment.
