The SAS marksman fired a single round from his Barrett .50 calibre sniper rifle at the terrorist, who was about to use a flame thrower to kill 12, from 1,500m. The bullet hit the flame thrower's fuel tank and caused a huge fireball, also killing three other ISIS members who were ready to film the execution.

Now the rifle’s developer has pulled back the curtain from its potential replacement, the SVK, at a major Moscow arms show. The black Army veteran who killed five Dallas police officers may have been making himself fit for combat in preparation for the attack, according to a report. Micah X. The SAS sniper took his shot from just over half a mile away, killing the terrorist driver in a split second. But the story doesn’t end there. The bullet passed through the driver’s head and also hit his accomplice in the neck — an incredible feat, given these two targets were moving.

A hooded man took a woman hostage at a convenience store in Denver, Colorado. Police arrived on the scene, and the criminal attempted to leave the premises with a gun pressed to the woman’s back. After making threats to take the woman’s life, a Police decided to take lethal action. Once a clear shot was available, a sniper dispatched the hostage taker with extreme prejudice.
