    Doctor Raoul got on the air to Laura Ingraham's radio show this morning about 9:48 or so EDT. That was in the first hour of the show. If it has a delayed broadcast in your area, check it out. Laura had been talking about Jimmy Carter and international inspections of the U.S. elections.
