  • Here’s Ted Cruz’s full statement on the Planned Parenthood shootings (Video)

The media is reporting today that Ted Cruz has called the Planned Parenthood shooter a ‘transgender leftist’, but that’s not what he said at all. He was simply pointing to the fact that we don’t have enough information about the shooter to make a decision, and referenced our report that the shooter had been registered as a female on his voting record after the news reporter said it was reported that the shooter said ‘no more baby parts’. He wasn’t calling the shooter a transgender leftist, just saying there are reports suggesting it.Watch:Ted Cruz's Remark (Video)

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding the resignation of House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-OH): John Boehner’s willingness to fund rather than oppose Barack Obama’s lawlessness is a chief reason for his forced resignation from his position as speaker of the House. It is no small issue that, during Boehner’s tenure, Judicial Watch is widely acknowledged to have been performing the oversight that is the job of Congress. We’ve heard from many members of the House who are embarrassed that its committees and oversight have become a joke under Speaker Boehner. Judicial Watch...

While engaging in the mundane task of gathering financial statements for a “secure retirement” meeting with my husband’s and my adviser, this Baby Boomer stumbled upon documented proof that our nation does not have the guts to confront one of its most serious economic problems. The realization came when I pulled from my files a document statement innocently titled, “Your Social Security Statement.”

Michelle and I would like to extend our warmest wishes to Muslims in the United States and around the world celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr. As Muslims mark the end of the month, they are reminded that Ramadan is a time to reflect spiritually, build communally, and aid those in need. While Eid marks the end of Ramadan, it marks a new beginning for each individual – a reason to celebrate and express gratitude on this holiday. For millions of Muslims, the morning of Eid is marked with the call to prayer echoing through cities and towns across the globe. Millions of people...

Since Donald Trump announced his candidacy, and pointed out the criminal behavior of illegal aliens such as MS13 gang members, he has been inside a firestorm of media-spun, PC-fueled hatred, directed specifically to tear him down. Today Trump responds with a rather long press release; and in what’s sure to create a stir, The Donald points out the infectious disease issue. Here’s the full statement:

MORNING JOE VIDEO AT WEB SITE---NYT reporter Jeremy Peters and Wash/Post's Erik Wemple criticized ABC’s response to Stephanopoulos’ undisclosed donations. “I doubt they’ve had a chance to do any degree of inquiry. Perhaps they asked George, 'have you done anything else?’ And maybe he told them, ‘no, this is it.’ But that’s troublesome. The story changed throughout the day, they had to amend their disclosures....because at first it looked as though he had only disclosed 2013 and 2014---between the time that Hillary resigned as Secretary of State, and the time she declared her candidacy. But now going back to 2012,...

“Iran Agrees to Detailed Nuclear Outline,” The New York Times headline claimed on Friday. That found an echo in the Washington Post headline of the same day: “Iran agrees to nuclear restrictions in framework deal with world powers.” But the first thing to know about the highly hyped “historic achievement” that President Obama is trying to sell is that there has been no agreement on any of the fundamental issues that led to international concern about Iran’s secret nuclear activities and led to six mandatory resolutions by the United Nations Security Council and 13 years of diplomatic seesaw. All we...

"I have long believed that a crucial part missing from this national discussion is England. "We have heard the voice of Scotland - and now the millions of voices of England must also be heard. "The question of English votes for English laws - the so-called West Lothian question -requires a decisive answer. "So, just as Scotland will vote separately in the Scottish Parliament on their issues of tax, spending and welfare so too England, as well as Wales and Northern Ireland, should be able to vote on these issues and all this must take place in tandem with, and...

(CNN) -- Janay Rice, wife of suspended NFL player Ray Rice who was released by the Baltimore Ravens, apparently posted a statement Tuesday on Instagram calling the situation a "nightmare." "To take something away from the man I love that he has worked his ass off for all his life just to gain ratings is a horrific (sic)," she wrote. The actions against Ray Rice were taken Monday after a video surfaced showing him knocking her out with a punch in February. The Instagram post, reported by various media, appeared to be authentic.

President Obama delivered a short audio-only statement on Egypt this morning, from his rented-vacation home on Martha's Vineyard: In the statement, President Obama cancelled a planned joint U.S.-Egypt military exercise and called for "Egyptian authorities to respect the universal rights of the people. We call on those who protest to do so peacefully." Obama did not say that U.S. aid to Egypt would change. The president answered no questions.

Barack Obama, in a further attempt to politicize the Zimmerman trial, made an appalling, pitiful and shameful statement Sunday. After failing miserably to use the Sandy Hook shootings to trash the Second Amendment, Obama is now attempting to use the complete acquittal of George Zimmerman to “honor Trayvon Martin” by using the shooting, done in self-defense, to “stem the tide of gun violence.” Here is Obama’s full statement...

WANTED TO WRITE something snarky about Moira Johnston because what she's doing kind of begs for snarkiness. But after hanging with her in Rittenhouse Square - where her bare breasts caught the morning sun, elicited picture-taking and drew a blasting honk from a Roadway Express truck - Johnston won me over to her cause. Which is this: Women should be allowed to go topless anywhere that men are allowed to. Maybe it was the flowered pasties that covered Johnston's nipples. Or the glorious breeze. Or the guy who grinned at Johnston's chest and said, "God bless ya, babe!" Mostly, though,...

Masslive.com is reporting the latest bizarre twist in the saga of Elizabeth Warren likely false claims of Native American heritage. In a statement that would make Richard Nixon blush with shame, Warren has, effectively, told the new Cherokees Demand Truth from Elizabeth Warren group launched this morning by Cherokee genealogist Twila Barnes and fellow Cherokee David Cornsilk to go away and stop bothering her. As Masslive.com reports this afternoon: In a statement following the launch of Barnes' new website, Warren's press secretary Alethea Harney said it is time to move past the issue. "Over the past month Elizabeth has answered...

A statement issued by the European Union on Tuesday seemed to suggest it supports Palestinian Authority Arabs’ rights to throw stones during non-violent protests. The statement, released on Tuesday by the spokesperson of Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, criticized Israel for convicting PA Arab Bassem Tamimi of dispatching stone-throwers and protesting illegally. An Israeli court convicted Tamimi on Sunday, according to an AFP report. The 45-year-old was charged with soliciting stone-throwing based on evidence that he directed such incidents from the roof-tops. He was arrested on March 24, 2011, AFP reported,...

Michelle and I send our warmest wishes to all those celebrating Kwanzaa this holiday season. Today marks the beginning of the week-long celebration honoring African American heritage and culture through the seven principles of Kwanzaa -- unity, self determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith. We celebrate Kwanzaa at a time when many African Americans and all Americans reflect on our many blessings and memories over the past year and our aspirations for the year to come. And even as there is much to be thankful for, we know that there are still too many Americans...

First Obama and Biden wanted to work with what they called the "moderate Taliban." Even the Taliban thought that was ridiculous. And it was -- sort of like a chaste prostitute. The Taliban does not share Western values, goals, objectives. The Taliban's playbook is the qur'an and its stated aims. The whole idea of a moderate Taliban or a moderate Islam is false, and Obama knows it. So now, according to Biden, the Taliban is not our enemy at all. Never mind their role in 9/11. Never mind their hosting al-Qaeda camps and working with al-Qaeda. It amounts to surrender,...

I received via email the following statement from the Confederation of Iranian Students and the Iranian Freedom Institute regarding the Basij-led attack (that's what they're calling it - the Iranians are calling the attackers 'students') on the British embassy in Tehran on Tuesday. As the U.S. and its European allies begin to impose effective sanctions on the Islamic Republic, the western democracies should anticipate that the regime will initiate more of these fully-authorized, staged incidents under the guise of a student movement. The so-called students, of course, are plain-clothed basiji following orders from the regime. Even Moussa Ghornani, a member...
